Diane has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the sales and leasing of office and retail space. In 2005 she was recognized as one of Gulf Coast Business Review’s Top 40 under 40 for her expertise in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Her market knowledge a1nd 18 years of experience in assessing the needs of her clients coupled with her proactive approach and keen financial analysis have helped her clients make educated decisions that have helped maximize the return on their investments. In fact, she successfully pre-leased 90,000 square feet of office space and pre-sold 19 condominiums in Sarasota’s Courthouse Centre building.

Diane is also committed to the community and regularly volunteers her time. A board member since 2001, in 2007 Diane served as President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Sarasota Association of Realtors. She has also served from 2006 – 2008 as President of the Crowley Museum and Nature Center, And she is one of only 6% of commercial brokers nationwide to be honored as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee.
