Janet has been an important player in the Sarasota and Manatee County commercial real estate markets for 11 years and her knowledge of the area is formidable. During that time, she has had extensive experience working in office and industrial leasing and sales, as well as neighborhood retail and land acquisitions as a General Commercial Broker and Associate.
An active member of both the Sarasota and Manatee Economic Development Councils, Janet is currently the Chairperson of the Manatee Office Vacancy Exchange and the Industrial Vacancy Councils of both Sarasota and Manatee counties. She has recently received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, an honor awarded to only 6% of commercial real estate brokers in the United States .

A long time resident of downtown Sarasota , Janet is married and has two adult children. In what little spare time she has, Janet enjoys golfing, boating, swimming and dancing.
